With the draft regulation of the European Parliament and the European Council on the ‘Financial Data Access Framework’ - FiDA, the future provision of financial data will be regulated on a mandatory basis.
The FiDA Open Finance Dialogue has therefore set itself the goal of addressing the implications, opportunities, and risks of this regulation at an early stage and cordially invites you to become part of the dialogue. The discussion group is essentially made up of peers and potential partner companies who regularly exchange views as part of an international dialogue.
In our first session, we will start with a keynote by Mattias Levin, Deputy Head of Digital Finance at the European Commission, who will provide first-hand insights into the topic of FiDA. This will be followed by a discussion format in which the implications from a legal, professional and technical perspective will be examined and the basis for the further objectives and fields of work of the FiDA Open Finance Dialogue will be laid. In these follow-up meetings, the previously mentioned topics will be elaborated on in greater depth.
